Tasks
1. Leading IT Security & Cyber Defense
• Act as the primary local liaison for all IT security matters, fostering strong collaboration with
regional and global security teams.
• Support local security operations, encompassing diligent monitoring, efficient incident response
coordination, and proactive vulnerability management.
• Ensure rigorous data compliance and protection efforts, strictly adhering to regional guidelines and
local regulatory requirements, including assuring compliance with Korean regulations (eg, K-ISMS)
and coordinating information security-related audits and remediation activities.
• Assist the IT Manager and the regional security team in the successful deployment of critical
security projects and initiatives tailored for the Korean market.
2. IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Governance
• Drive the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across
corporate offices and retail stores, including meeting systems, server rooms, and network systems.
• Lead the end-to-end operation of the Client Service Center, overseeing L1–L2 user support, onsite
IT infrastructure and call center/CTI systems, while driving strong collaboration with country and
central teams.
• Govern all infrastructure changes, releases, and configuration management processes to
proactively mitigate operational risks and minimize disruption.
3. Store/Event IT Project Management
