Tasks
Position Summary:
• Develop OEM & Precursor Ecosystem Accounts: Manage and grow business with local OEM tool makers and precursor supply chain (canister manufacturers & chemical suppliers) by building strong technical and commercial relationships.
• Drive Spec-in in High-Stability Processes: Identify and engage key spec-in influencers (process, R&D, facility engineers) to position solutions in processes where stable precursor delivery is critical and change is highly restricted.
• Create Breakthrough Strategies in High-Barrier Environments: Develop and execute strategies to overcome resistance to change in FAB processes while addressing cost-down pressure from precursor suppliers.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver differentiated solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Expand Business Opportunities: Identify new applications and opportunities within precursor delivery systems and related fluid handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with local OEM tool makers, canister manufacturers, and precursor suppliers.
• Identify and engage spec-in influencers (process, R&D, facility engineers) who impact precursor delivery system decisions.
• Drive design-in / spec-in activities in processes requiring high stability, repeatability, and contamination control.
• Understand FAB reluctance to change due to process risk (yield, particle, reliability) and develop strategies to mitigate these concerns.
• Address cost-down pressure from precursor suppliers by building strong value propositions (quality, reliability, lifecycle cost, risk reduction).
• Develop account strategies based on conflicting stakeholder needs (FAB vs Supplier vs OEM).
• Identify and drive conversion opportunities by leveraging process issues (instability, leakage, particle, maintenance frequency).
• Support evaluation, qualification, and mass production phases with strong technical and commercial inputs.
• Monitor customer roadmaps and align solutions with future process and material requirements.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and reporting of account activities.
• Share insights on process constraints, supplier dynamics, and competitive positioning with internal teams.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
• 10+ years in Semiconductor industry
• Experience with OEM tool makers, FAB process, or precursor/chemical supply chain
• Strong understanding of process sensitivity, yield impact, and reliability requirements
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering
