Report to: Sales Team Manager
Job Description
Achieve assigned annual sales targets and focus product targets
Drive sustainable and profitable growth by implementing differentiated sales strategies based on market insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors within assigned territories to drive sales growth of Erbe product lines
Collaborate closely with Sales Manager, Marketing, Technical Service, and other internal stakeholders to effectively penetrate the market
Drive demand for new products and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
Develop and execute business plans by analyzing customer needs and competitor activities in collaboration with Sales Manager and distributors
Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives
Provide product training and support to customers and distributors to achieve individual and company objectives
Conduct domestic travel for distributor management, customer visits, field calls, congress participation and workshop support
Participate in overseas training programs, congresses, and workshops as required
Ensure effective territory coverage and optimize time management across all accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies, compliance and adherence to budget guidelines
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
Experience in electrosurgical equipment is preferred
Experience in territory management within in multinational medical device company is preferred
Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
Result-driven, proactive, and field-oriented mindset
High level of resilience and self-motivation
Clear communication skills
