Your Work Environment
Follow up and organize all sample traffic (comes & goes of Collection looks, seasonal/library RTW, bags, shoes, acc, press day collections etc.)
Arrange and update Look-book
Arrange press material (general press release, product pack shots (jpeg), captions)
Upload regularly sample data in FGPS
Arrange occasional warehouse transfers
Support PR administrative tasks (Esker, Cegid)
This position will report to PR & Digital manager
This position will require close collaboration with VIP team
Takes pride in their work and understands the confidential nature of this department
Requirements
Qualifications
1 year of previous internship experience in Fashion field is preferred
Previous experience in an international environment a plus
Outstanding interpersonal skills ability to develop and maintain relationships
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
Highly agile and able to execute while dealing with ambiguity
