Tasks
1. Product & Market Development
Drive product development initiatives by localizing global projects and prioritizing and introducing relevant global products for the Korean market
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new product launches
Work with the training team to support training programs for dealer sales teams, ensuring alignment with product features and sales priorities
2. Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive long-term growth and strengthen brand positioning in Korea
Plan and execute promotional activities in line with product launches, distribution expansion, and business objectives
3. Demand & Business Planning
Lead demand planning by analyzing sales trends, inventory, and market dynamics to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal stock levels
4. Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, service, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely handling of logistics, after-sales, and accounting processes
5. Others
Perform other duties as required in line with business needs
- 제품 및 시장 개발: 글로벌 프로젝트 현지화, 한국 시장 신제품 도입 및 시장 조사
- 전략 및 성장: 영업/마케팅 전략 수립 및 프로모션 실행

- 부서 간 협업: 마케팅, 재무, 물류 등 유관 부서와의 운영 프로세스 조율
