Responsible for supporting the full cycle of human resources operations, including onboarding, compensation & benefits, and HRIS.
Ensures accurate and timely execution of C&B operations, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and data management.
Provides analytical support to ensure C&B programs remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's total rewards strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR area and preferably in the retail luxury industry
Good command of English
Preferably experience in HRIS systems such as Workday, Shiftee, SAP
Knowledge of the Labor Standards Act
Proficient in MS Office
Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking
A team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work autonomously
