Key Responsibilities
Sales & Retail Operations
Drive monthly sales performance and execute strategic action plans to achieve business targets.
Analyze customer profiles, store performance, and market trends to optimize retail operations.
Develop and manage KPI dashboards to monitor store productivity and individual staff performance.
Coach and support store teams to maintain high operational standards and exceptional customer service.
Oversee store operations including scheduling, employee turnover management, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align retail initiatives and business objectives.
Business Development
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retail and department store partners.
Establish store action plans based on sales budgets, store size, location, concept, and operational environment.
Track industry trends and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities.
Talent Management & Team Development
Support recruitment efforts and identify strong retail talent in partnership with HR.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for store employees.
Foster a positive, high-performance retail culture focused on customer engagement and operational excellence.
Additional Responsibilities
Handle additional retail projects and operational tasks as required.
