10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, category management, or business development
Experience in B2B foodservice, FMCG, dairy, bakery, café, dessert, beverage, or related food categories preferred
Strong understanding of B2B customer needs, distributor structure, channel dynamics, and product application
Experience in category P&L, pricing, portfolio management, and business case development
Experience working with external production partners, co-manufacturers, or collaboration partners preferred
Experience developing sales enablement tools, brand communication materials, and customer education content
Business-level English communication skills
Japanese competency preferred
Computer literate
Willing to travel
