[Responsibilities]
Marketing & Branding
ㆍDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at increasing awareness and adoption of Ivoclar’s brand and products in the Lab side sector.
ㆍCollaborate closely with the PST (Product Specialist Technical) and marketing specialists to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
ㆍOversee marketing programs to ensure effective distribution of product information through dealers and local specialists.
Market Expansion & Business Development
ㆍIdentify new business opportunities within the Lab side market, including forming strategic partnerships and expanding market share for both Prosthetics Fixed and Prosthetics Removable areas.
ㆍDevelop strategies for market expansion to boost Ivoclar’s presence in the dental lab sector.
ㆍBuild and maintain strong relationships with key dental technicians, dentists, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
Customer Engagement & Training
ㆍPlan and implement customer training activities, including courses, seminars, and workshops in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
ㆍManage relationships with KOLs to drive customer education and product advocacy.
ㆍCollaborate with global and regional academies to design and localize customer training programs, ensuring KOLs are effectively integrated into global initiatives.
Market Research & Strategy
ㆍConduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the Lab side business.
ㆍUtilize data-driven insights to refine Sales & Marketing strategies, ensuring they align with market trends and customer needs.
ㆍPrepare detailed business cases, forecasts, and proposals for the Country Manager and senior management to support decision-making and business growth.
