[담당 업무]
1. Agency Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research on regulatory changes, product competitiveness, and compensation trends
- Prepare regular insights and reports to support channel strategy development
2. Agency Channel Strategy & Communication
- Define strategic direction in collaboration with Group Office and cross functional teams
- Support strategic planning and execution based on market trends
- Lead and support projects related to key agency channel initiatives
- Organize and run regular meetings on agency sales performance
3. Internal KPIs Monitoring & Analysis
- Analyze internal sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular reporting
- Prepare business performance materials submitted to the Group Office
- Manage BI/reporting systems used for sales performance analysis
- Manage agency channel budgets and expenses
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to GA planning or agency channel operations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Broad understanding of insurance industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong leadership and communication skills for cross functional collaboration
