A Senior Regional Sales Manager role is now open in a foreign software company. The chosen candidate will drive regional sales growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and execution of territory strategy while ensuring strong client delivery.
Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for assigned territory
Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities
Propose solutions aligned to prospects’ and/or clients’ needs, goals and objectives
Work with partners when necessary, by teaming with resellers, referral partners, advisory firms, etc.
Expand relationships and increase penetration within existing clients in the portfolio
Deliver targeted and differentiating product demonstrations when necessary
Manage opportunity and pipeline data accurately in CRM application (Salesforce.com)
Consistently meet or exceed established quotas
Build trusted partnerships with new and existing clients and collaborate with other functions to ensure client success and reference ability
Partner with Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff of new wins into implementation, adoption, and optimisation phases of the client lifecycle

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
More than 10 years of relevant software or SaaS sales experience with a history of consistent goal attainment
An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners
Outstanding consultative/solution-selling skills
Effective customer follow-up, from implementation through to ongoing account management
Proficient in Korean and English
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products
