[Key Responsibilities]
Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts
Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for BSC products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximize alignment with business objectives
Responding to customer needs regarding BSC products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions
Analysis of the market situation and competitor activities
Distributor Management & Alignment – setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs / Strengthening distributor sales capabilities through sales and product training
Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
From New level to 5 years of working knowledge/experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical company (Endoscopy business experience is preferred)
Passion to learn and dedicate to improving patient’s lives and sense of ownership
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solving skills and a team player mindset
