Workshop and CEC & RSA communication
Pickup & Delivery Supplier Communication
Technical Training hub and TRIP administration
Current technician account status check for each workshop
Certificates & completion rate status check
Machine translation and proof reading by Korean
CX Support
CEC QA support: CEC DSAT & Training materials review / (30-60min / day. Depends on the number of DSAT)
Pending OB Sales management: Confirmed / Delivered order status check / (20-30min / day)
Operation support: Sales Contract resend, Global escalations (SNOW ticket / SaleForce escalations) / (10min / case)
