Tasks
Responsibilities:
Perform budget build and draft financial plan as collaborate with brand team as a "business partner”
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to align business strategies with financial objectives.
Manage financial reporting processes incl. P&L closing, sales and expenses analysis.
Forecast Sales risk and opportunities through financial analysis to optimize structure and resources.
Conduct thorough ROI analyses on A&P spending to optimize resource allocation.
Validate sales forecast data to ensure accurate target setting and the right level of stock management.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures with the finance function.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, or related field
7 ~10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
CPA preferred
Experience in the FMCG/Cosmetic industry preferred
SAP experience preferred/ Advanced level of MS excel
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in both Korean and English
