Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
Provide strong sales leadership, supporting client repurchase and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Recruit, coach, and develop the team through goal-setting, feedback, and motivation.
Support long-term client relationships and ensure a customer-focused mindset.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store reflects the Maison’s image and values.
[ 자격조건 ]
- Luxury retail or store management experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
