Support financial reporting (audit, tax)
Support management reporting (Monthend closing)
Accountabilities
As per guidelines
Input data into internal systems (eg Ecount, Onestream) and update working files
Check expense claims and purchase invoices against purchase orders
Upload payments (eg HSBCnet, BOA Cashpro) and obtain approvals
Issue sales invoices
Prepare journal vouchers
Prepare quarterly vat returns
Ad hoc tasks
