Position Responsibilities
Integrated Business Strategy: GTM & Transformation
End-to-End Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the GTM roadmap, optimizing the entire value chain from product planning to final sale.
Process Innovation: Drive business transformation by establishing cross-functional decision-making frameworks and localizing global strategies for the Korean market.
Strategic Alignment: Act as a central hub between Global/APAC HQ and local functional teams to ensure organizational alignment.
Retail Asset & Operations Management
Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy: Oversee the retail real estate portfolio, including site selection for new stores, contract negotiations, and lease renewals.
Operational Excellence: Standardize and advance retail operation processes, including inventory optimization (DOTS) and adherence to global retail design/VMD guidelines.
Brand & Digital Channel Growth
Channel Performance: Maximize synergies between online (D2C) and offline channels to ensure consistent, premium brand experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales, profitability, and consumer KPIs to provide actionable insights to local and regional leadership.
