1. CRM Data Management
Monitor weekly and monthly CRM KPIs and share performance updates with stores and cross-functional teams.
Support customer database management, including data validation, client reassignment, and CRM data quality maintenance.
Coordinate with HQ and retail teams to improve CRM data accuracy and support system-related updates.
Support CRM campaign and retail activation preparations through target list management and operational coordination.
Manage store requests and operational support related to Salesforce, Golden App, and other CRM tools.
2. CRM Campaign Management
Execute 1:Many CRM campaigns across KakaoTalk, MMS, and other communication channels in collaboration with HQ and local teams.
Execute CRM 1:1 calling tasks to support store-level client engagement and VIC development.
Support CRM outreach operations, including campaign scheduling, target audience setup, and related operational coordination.
Coordinate product and collection selections for CRM outreach initiatives in partnership with merchandising, retail, and related teams.
Localize, proofread, and coordinate campaign content, including copies and image assets, to align with brand tone and platform requirements.
Monitor CRM outreach performance and provide recommendations to support future optimization and engagement effectiveness.
3. Loyalty & Gifting Program Support
Coordinate gifting operations and logistics for loyalty and clienteling programs in partnership with HQ, stores and vendors.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operational execution and timely delivery.
Support gift inventory tracking, distribution, and usage monitoring across stores.
Consolidate gifting-related results and store feedback to support operational improvements.
Monitor competitor activities and gifting trends to support gifting ideas and operational improvements for loyalty and clienteling initiatives.
