- Monthly forecast and routine MRP review
- PR/PO management (Delivery, qty, price)
- Supply risk assessment against stock out and operation impact
ㆍImport/Export: Screen import/export restriction base on K-REACH or Korean trade regulations.
ㆍInventory management: Manage inventory to ensure material availability as per site manufacturing plan and project schedule
ㆍSupplier engagement to ensure the material ‘On Time In full’
ㆍChange control to ensure the material supply continuity and regulatory standard
ㆍRisk management
- Pre-managing of stock out risk
- Excessed inventory, scrap risk
- Report and escalate of any detected risk from overall designated tasks for an alternative way to be decided
ㆍProject involvement: Site project, New product launch, Operation improvement, Cost saving etc.
ㆍContinuous improvement: SAP utilization, purchasing process integrity etc.
