District Leader, Personal Health Korea

Role Summary:
Full P&L ownership for Philips' Personal Health business in Korea, with accountability for driving sustainable commercial growth across sales, volume, and revenue.
Responsible for building the organizational capability, structure, and processes needed to consistently achieve business objectives in a highly dynamic and fast-evolving market environment.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Championing the voice of the consumer and managing a holistic customer experience in the country across the product portfolio.
The implementation of the country sales and distribution strategy. Input into the Sales Plan, including sales forecasts and AOP.
Contribute actively to the development of new business models and new channels.
Developing clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the country based on Key account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions.
Developing and driving credibility and long-term relationship with the customers in the assigned area, to fulfill long-term sales objectives.
