Tasks
1. Supply Planning & Operations
- Supervise overall supply planning activities
- Ensure optimal inventory availability and operational efficiency
- Plan and execute order fulfillment in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
2. Logistics & 3PL / Forwarding
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations with 3PL providers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations
3. Compliance & Trade Operations
- Perform data validation for trade programs (FTAs, ITAs, etc.) and ensure accurate documentation management
- Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements
- Support customs audits and other trade compliance-related projects (e.g., ACVA, ITA, etc.)
4. System (SAP & Groupware)
- Perform approval of logistics and settlement-related electronic transactions in SAP or Groupware systems
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of system-based operational approvals
