Maintain and update employee data, HR system records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
Tasks
Maintain and update employee data, HR system records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
Prepare onboarding/offboarding documents including tax forms and employee letters
Support payroll administration by consolidating payroll data and reviewing payroll/final payments prepared by vendor
Manage employee benefits administration including insurance, medical/dental, staff purchase, and loan watch eligibility
Coordinate employee movement updates with CS, IT, and Finance teams
Support training administration, invoice validation, cost allocation reporting, and document filing
Requirements
Good command of English & Korean, both oral and written
2-3 years’ experience
HR experience gained from MNC preferably in retail industry
Familiar with labor law
High accuracy; preferably with knowledge of HR system
Solid interpersonal skill
Perform duties in a confidential manner
