-Lead and manage end-to-end financial controlling activities including monthly reporting, P&L analysis, and balance sheet review in coordination with shared service teams
-Drive annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate financial planning aligned with business strategy and performance targets
-Act as a key finance business partner to senior management, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
-Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining high-quality reporting standards and audit readiness
-Oversee compliance with internal control frameworks and local regulatory requirements while supporting business expansion and operational efficiency
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with solid experience in financial controlling and/or FP&A
- 13–18 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in people management or team leadership roles
- Strong experience within multinational companies and/or retail, FMCG, or luxury industries is highly preferred
- Solid expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating closely with regional and global headquarters stakeholders
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a collaborative business partnering mindset
