A graduation from a related major at the college/University will be given preference
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor, x86 or PLD/FPGA experience to be considered a PLUS
Understanding of semiconductor components and supply chain processes
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills – in Korean
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
Business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Good teamwork/ Self-motivated/Great attitude
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow revenue from existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EMS, and key customers
Promote semiconductor products and solutions, aligning with customer technical and commercial requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (FAE, product marketing, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction
Good skills for reporting, document jobs
Lead/Understanding RFQs, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand forecasts
Support demand creation and design-in activities with customers
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account strategies
Preferred
Experience working with global distributors or semiconductor manufacturers
Existing network with OEM/EMS customers
Technical background (Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Semiconductor Engineering preferred)
