Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth plans.
Support market entry, brand establishment and business expansion initiatives in Korea.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
Develop annual marketing plans, budgets and performance targets.
2. Brand Management
Build and strengthen brand awareness, positioning and reputation in the Korean market.
Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
Adapt global brand strategies and campaigns to local market requirements.
3. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Activities
Lead the planning and execution of vehicle launches and product introduction programs.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on product positioning, pricing communication and launch readiness.
Coordinate launch campaigns, media activities, events and customer engagement initiatives.
4. Retail & Channel Marketing
Develop and implement retail marketing programs that drive customer traffic, lead generation and vehicle sales.
Partner closely with retail partners, dealer groups and commercial stakeholders to maximise campaign effectiveness and market coverage.
Provide marketing guidance, tools and support to retail operations and sales teams.
Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase ROI and conversion outcomes.
5. Digital Marketing & Customer Experience
Lead digital marketing initiatives across online and social media platforms.
Oversee lead generation, CRM-related campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing activities.
Support the development of customer engagement and retention strategies.
