[Major Responsibilities]
1. Strategic Leadership & SCM Optimization
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Network Design: Validate and optimize logistics service providers (3PL/4PL), including warehousing and transportation networks, to enhance service levels.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Identify and implement eco-friendly logistics operations, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and sustainable packaging.
- Capacity Planning: Anticipate future capacity requirements and lead infrastructure planning to support business expansion.
2. Operational Excellence & 3PL Governance
- Performance Management: Define, monitor, and report on SCM KPIs and SLAs; lead monthly reviews with 3PL partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and define corrective action plans to mitigate operational risks.
- Logistics Coordination: Supervise daily warehouse, transportation, and customs activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Risk Management & BCP: Assess the impact of unexpected global or local events o n the supply chain and establish Business Continuity Plans (BCP: Business Continuity Planning).
3. Inventory Control
- Inventory Integrity: Manage annual stocktaking and regular cycle counting programs to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- System Management: Maintain and optimize stock control systems (WMS/ERP) to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Asset Management: Regularly audit Distribution Centers and repair shops to monitor quality, security, and safety compliance (CS team)
4. FX Impact & Financial SCM Control
- Budgetary Control: Prepare annual SCM budgets and perform monthly cost-variance analysis to ensure financial discipline.
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maximizing FTA/EPA benefits.
-Analyze and mitigate the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on supply chain costs and product margins.
- Optimize total landed costs by evaluating freight rates, duties, and currency impacts across the global supply chain.
5. Stakeholder & People Management
- Cross-functional Alignment: Lead communication with OHQ Logistics team, OKR Retail, Merchandising, Finance, and HR teams to align SCM activities with business priorities.
- Customer Experience: Manage the customer service center and outsourced repair shops; develop response strategies for customer complaints in collaboration with internal teams.
