Position
: Personal Assistant (파견계약직)
Location
: Seoul, Korea
[근무조건]
- 근무형태: 파견계약직 12개월
Responsibilities:
• Support meetings, events, and office visits by handling scheduling, room bookings, virtual setup,
and visitor arrangements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for expatriate executives for daily life and local
needs in Korea, including relocation-related coordination, local arrangements, and general living
support.
• Support travel arrangements and related logistics.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and support basic administrative and finance-related processes.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a professional and service-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• Candidates with relevant administrative or coordination experience are preferred
