1.표준작업지침서(SOP) 작성 :
품질 관련 업무 절차를 문서화하고, 규정에 맞게 작성·개정·관리하는 업무
2. Auditing
감사(Audit) 수행
내부 감사 또는 외부 감사(규제기관, 고객사 등)를 계획·실행·지원하는 업무
3. Audit response writing
감사 결과에 대한 시정 답변서 작성
감사 중 지적된 사항에 대해 원인 분석, 개선 계획 등을 문서로 작성하여 제출
4. CAPAs / NCs / Deviations
CAPA: 시정 및 예방조치(Corrective and Preventive Actions)
NCs: 규정 또는 기준에서 벗어난 사항 관리
5. Complaint processing
고객 불만(Complaint) 처리
제품 또는 서비스 관련 고객 불만 접수, 조사, 원인 분석 및 보고
6. KGMP renewals (prefer but not a must) Good Manufacturing Practice
KGMP 갱신 업무 경험 (우대사항이나 필수는 아님)
한국우수의약품 제조관리기준(KGMP) 재인증 또는 갱신 준비 및 대응 경험
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degrees in science, medicine and medical science preferred
- Preferably at least 1 years of QA experience in medical device or pharmaceutical of multinational companies
- GMP Experience in audit& inspection preferred
- Relevant territory qualifications (e.g. science, engineering, pharma)
- Organized, good management and planning skills
