Requirements
Main responsibilities and tasks
1. Cash & Liquidity Management
ㆍMonitor daily cash positions and prepare monthly liquidity reports.
ㆍExecute short-term investments (Time Deposits) based on cash flow forecasting.
ㆍAdminister corporate bank accounts, including opening/closing and managing mandates.
2. Accounts Payable (AP) & Payments
ㆍProcess domestic (KRW) and foreign (FCY) payments via internet banking platforms.
ㆍReview and analyze outstanding payables to ensure timely settlement and compliance with payment terms.
3. Corporate Card Management
ㆍAdminister the corporate credit card lifecycle (issuance, cancellation, and limit management).
4. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit
ㆍRecord daily cash receipts into the ERP system and ensure accurate data entry.
ㆍReconcile Cash-in-Transit (CIT) daily and collaborate with accounting to resolve aging items.
ㆍSupport monthly AR closing and contribute to credit risk assessment reports.
Qualifications
ㆍBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
ㆍHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
