Role Title
: eCommerce Specialist
Department
: GTM (Go-to-Market)

: Seoul, Korea
Reporting Line(s)
: GTM Lead
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and grow revenue across all three online channels (TrekBikes.com, Naver Smart store, CJ Onstyle), with ownership of sales targets, promotional planning, and performance tracking
Track and analyze sales results, platform performance, and marketing campaigns to derive actionable insights and optimize channel mix
Optimize site merchandising, product discoverability, and SEO on TrekBikes.com to improve visibility and conversion rates
Manage product assortment and pricing strategies across channels to maintain brand consistency and channel harmony
Streamline e-commerce fulfillment processes to increase processing speed and deliver excellent customer experience
Curate online-exclusive product assortments based on real-time inventory levels
Partner with the Marketing team and Region Team to develop digital strategies, create e-commerce-specific content, and execute campaigns aimed at optimizing ROAS and maximizing search visibility
Manage relationships with external e-commerce platform partners and coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Care) for smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce operations or merchandising
Experience in the Growth Stage following platform launch; background in retail, sales, or marketing is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions, with proven proficiency in measuring and tracking online campaigns
Strong planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities (multi-tasking) in a fast-paced environment
