Reporting to SDP Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
The Store Planning Assistant ensures our maison’s network of boutiques in Korea upholds its highest standards at all times.
He/She will contribute to the 360°environment of our boutiques via supporting new boutique projects (opening / renovation), regular checking of boutique conditions, and coordination / prioritization of boutique maintenance actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boutique Opening Project Support
- Handle all SAP work – Vendor registration / payment / order & Tracking
- Release payment in accordance with payment term and share with finance
- Boutique library Setup – Coordinate with vendors on library items order - book, objects, bookstand, etc. ahead of time and display on site following to HQ guidelines
- Boutique Frames & Visuals – Coordinate with HQ and suppliers, from placing order to on site installation
- Manage inventory – PLV order and regular delivery checking
- Organize project finish sample materials and documentation
- Coordinate with oversea suppliers - reserve stocks and link up with contractors
2. Boutique Maintenance
- Supervise monthly maintenance of all KR boutiques
- Boutique visit on a quarterly basis to check boutique condition
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with vendor and boutiques, arrange security guards if needed
- After maintenance completion, relaese payment & track budget
- Order PLV and dispatch to boutique or vendor warehouse
- Manage inventory of PLV, finish materials
- Follow up boutique improvement project
