Customer Success – Optical Engineer (Illumination) / ODE 팀 소속
ODE란 Optical Design Engineering 을 의미하며 ODE 조직 전 세계 고객을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하는 세계적 수준의 광학 소프트웨어 및 엔지니어링 조직입니다.
해당 팀은 첨단 광학 설계 솔루션을 개발 및 지원하며, 고객들이 실제 제품 개발 과정에서 이러한 솔루션을 성공적으로 활용할 수 있도록 긴밀히 협업합니다.
또한 지역 간 긴밀한 협력을 통해 고객들에게 기술 전문성, 교육, 그리고 현지화된 지원 서비스를 전 세계적으로 제공하고 있습니다.
[Key Responsibilities]
Conduct online and on‑site technical meetings with customers and prospects, including product introductions, technical demonstrations, and in‑depth discussions of customer requirements and use cases.
Plan and deliver customer training programs, including both basic and customized training for maintenance and TSL customers, as well as technical training sessions for prospective customers.
Support assigned technical accounts and contribute to technical optimization activities using LightTools. This includes helping customers improve modeling efficiency and simulation accuracy through best‑practice workflows and optimization methods.
Provide technical support for Keysight events in Korea, such as conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. This may include booth support as well as technical or product‑related presentations.

- 근무지 : 성남시 판교 오피스 (판교역 2번 출구 앞)
- 근무시간 : 일 8시간 근무 (월~금)
- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름 (직전 연봉 기재 필수)
- 근무형태 : 아데코 소속 파견 계약직 (육휴대체 포지션으로 2028년 4월까지 근무 가능)
- 복리후생 : 4대보험, 연차휴가, 경조휴가, 퇴직금 등 회사 내규에 따름
Requirements
[Required Skills & Qualifications]
+3~5 years experiences in related fields.
Demonstrated experience in illumination or optical system modeling, analysis, or design using commercial optical design tools.
Practical experience with advanced optical simulation software is required, with LightTools experience strongly preferred.
Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex optical engineering concepts to customers.
