1. PR
- Manage sample arrangements with PR agency, stylists, press, and KOLs..
- Responsible for sample delivery from HQ with closely communicate with logistics and related dept. (Checking delivery date, invoice, stocks…).
- Coordinate and communicate with stores and internal teams for arranging merchandise products for dressing and shooting if it is necessary.
- Support Talent, Celebrity & POI (People of influence) action including shooting and gifting.
- Manage the PR calendar according to an action plan.
- Research and analysis of competitors' activities and market trends.
- Continuously monitor and analyze PR coverage of our brand for maximizing performance.
- Responsible for monthly PR clipping & SNS KPI report.
- Develop brand-related material (lookbook, Press release, etc)
- Liaise with stores and external parties to respond to the brand material request.
2. Digital Marketing
- Plan monthly Kakao & Facebook social media calendar and communicate with HQ
- Execute, analyze, monitor and report results for each digital project as well as working on new ways of delivering messages more efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit potential influencer who fit to the brand. Create and propose paid and unpaid influencer profiles to HQ for each campaign or event.
- Liaise with HQ to coordinate and align on influencer content.
- Communicate for seeding and paid postings with influencers or agencies.
3. Brand Ambassador
- Plan and manage the annual SNS content calendar for brand ambassadors, including key activations such as airport fashion, event participation, and campaign/editorial shoots
- Coordinate brand ambassadors’ participation in overseas events in collaboration with HQ and APAC teams
4. Event
- Support PR & In-store related events.
- Responsible for managing collateral resources for the Marcom team (Checking stock level,
