Tasks
-Lead and execute integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels to enhance brand desirability and drive business performance in the Korean market.
-Manage digital marketing initiatives, including search, SEO, performance marketing, and localized media strategies, leveraging platforms such as Kakao and Naver.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, PR, and Sales, to align campaign objectives and customer engagement strategies.
-Oversee media planning, native content campaigns, KPI/ROI performance tracking, budget management, and agency partnerships.
-Build and lead high-performing media teams while driving innovation, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder management.
Requirements
-Min. 13 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or integrated communications, with strong expertise in digital and data-driven optimization.
-Strong understanding of Korea’s digital media ecosystem, including Kakao, Naver, search marketing, SEO, and performance media.
-Proven leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders within multinational organizations.
-Prior experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
-Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and business English skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
